Each pendant starts its journey in Cassia’s Wiltshire studio, the process starts with Cassia smelting the gold from 24ct yellow to 18ct gold, then Cassia creates the sheet ready to punch out the discs, then each pendant is passed onto one of London’s most renowned enamellers, where it is hand engraved creating the sunray effect, then the specific colours are chosen and the hot enamelling process is used to create your colourful heart. Finally the pendant are then passed onto a master diamond setter in Hatton Garden, where each heart is then embellished with diamonds.

Cassia jewellery is handmade from start to finish. We want to make sure each piece gets the time and attention it deserves, so please allow 10-12 weeks for all enamelled pieces.

This is a precious process that means every pendant is individual.
